Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and sealed products only.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, patches, or skincare products.

To request a return, please contact us at almavivaplayas@hotmail.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Almaviva reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
